3. Payments

Payment terms, including any advance payment and milestones, are stated in your quotation. Work may be paused if agreed payments are delayed.

Third-party costs such as advertising spend, domain registration, hosting, premium plugins, licences, and payment gateway fees are separate unless the quotation states otherwise.

4. Client responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content, images, and information you provide, and for holding the rights to use them.

5. Intellectual property

On receipt of full payment, ownership of the final project deliverables created specifically for you transfers to you, excluding third-party software, themes, plugins, and stock assets, which remain subject to their own licences.

We may display completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to.

6. Revisions, support, and maintenance

Revisions, support, and maintenance are provided as described in your selected package or quotation. Additional changes outside the agreed scope may be quoted separately.

7. Limitation of liability

We take reasonable care in delivering our services but do not guarantee specific business results such as rankings, leads, or sales. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service concerned.

8. Governing law
